Whenever I want to pay by card, the driver calls & cancels the ride. Not only that every time , the ride gets cancelled and request another ride it reaches to my destination instead of my pick-up location. Waste of time and money. They deduct the amount immediately and don't give me a chance to pay in cash if in hurry & need the ride!! And they charge me cancellation fees for their app problem!! I'm really fed up from this app.

Everytime a driver cancels and the app tries to connect me to a new driver it changes the pickup to the destination. So the driver ends up at my destination rather than the pick up location. This has cost me many cancelled trips and time, also the fact that they deduct the full amount before even the driver arrives has made this an even worse experience due to the above mentioned issue. Uninstalling the app and never using it again. Wouldn't recommend.

Booking is convenient, but most of the drivers are from foreign countries. Which makes communication hard and also everytime i book a car, they call to ask me what area am i going to or am i paying cash or card. Finally, the tracking is bad. it's good if there's lots of traffic because you're guaranteed to find a ride.
