Everytime a driver cancels and the app tries to connect me to a new driver it changes the pickup to the destination. So the driver ends up at my destination rather than the pick up location. This has cost me many cancelled trips and time, also the fact that they deduct the full amount before even the driver arrives has made this an even worse experience due to the above mentioned issue. Uninstalling the app and never using it again. Wouldn't recommend.

I would gave 4 stars because this saved me a month ago. But that now that I'm trying to open the app it's not working it takes to long to load and when it loads it says "We can't reach our network right now Please check your connection." . I hope they can fix the issue soon.

Horrible cars. Horrible drivers. Horrible app. It's very very common that drivers show up with different cars than what are supposed to be. Cars are Horrible and faced cases with no a.c. One driver was taking me in rounds making food delivery while I am with him, and when I complained to the customer service, they did nothing.
