Everytime a driver cancels and the app tries to connect me to a new driver it changes the pickup to the destination. So the driver ends up at my destination rather than the pick up location. This has cost me many cancelled trips and time, also the fact that they deduct the full amount before even the driver arrives has made this an even worse experience due to the above mentioned issue. Uninstalling the app and never using it again. Wouldn't recommend.

I would gave 4 stars because this saved me a month ago. But that now that I'm trying to open the app it's not working it takes to long to load and when it loads it says "We can't reach our network right now Please check your connection." . I hope they can fix the issue soon.

I've had multiple disappointing experiences with Ego. The drivers often lack professionalism, and the hygiene standards of their cars are below par. It's unpleasant to travel in vehicles that are not clean and with drivers who don't meet basic standards of customer service. I hope Ego addresses these issues promptly.
