MyChart is helpful, but has many limitations and issues. When I get a notification that there is a new message, I select the "Message" folder, and there are no new messages. So I have to check all folders to try to find an unread report or result. These can only be found because the font is bold. They are not listed with newest on top, but rather shown by order date. So, a new message may not even appear on the first screen view, but could be buried several screens deep.

Y'know, all those apps that these big companies or organizations make for their own little integrated systems - kinda like what you'd use in college or some workplaces these days to access your records - they always seem to be REALLY bad. Kinda expected this one to be the same. Nope, this is easily the best one out there by far. It's a genuinely usable app with an easy to understand interface. It's not slow, it's not janky, it's not buggy. It works just as described, and that's perfect.

Great app, lets me keep track of my appointments, medical care team, medications, diagnoses and more. I love the auto-submit after 4th pin character! Some areas are difficult to navigate or unavailable to (make/request) edits to, but they have done an amazing job; robust and easy to navigate to your favorites, so easy to complete routine tasks. As always, GIGO. Only good if your care team use it, and then depends on how detailed and accurate the data they put in.. No fault of the app, though.
