I tried calling, getting an automatic reply that it wasn't possible to connect the call...to the BANK! In the middle of the workday. I emailed instead, and they replied they would make a one-time exception to working with me on the issue via email/calling me themselves. I reminded them that I was emailing them because it had been impossible to call. They responded "sorry about the inconvenience" and that I could call back, now. The lack of professionalism is mind-boggling. Exceedingly poor

Scam, beware. Useless app. Another Santander branded waste of time. Tried the opening account process from 3 devices. Since they're all browser based, there's no possibility to control the focus of the camera and scanning card documents is impossible. Wasted 30 minutes for nothing. Transfers don't work, never received a card. Beware: scam

⚠️Against ASN, my UX was horrible. GUI changes too much. Login is cubersome. The oversight is not great. But that's not the worst. I can almost never take up money without their helpful Callcenter.😢 After I received an email that a transaction went through, which I checked after 24h did not 🤔 I could no longer log in on PC, but luckily on this app👍. Saw the transactions were reversed. Could not make new transactions. Indicated to call the friendly CallCentre 👍 ⚠️Without that help no banking
