I tried calling, getting an automatic reply that it wasn't possible to connect the call...to the BANK! In the middle of the workday. I emailed instead, and they replied they would make a one-time exception to working with me on the issue via email/calling me themselves. I reminded them that I was emailing them because it had been impossible to call. They responded "sorry about the inconvenience" and that I could call back, now. The lack of professionalism is mind-boggling. Exceedingly poor

The new interface changed the way things are displayed and has a bug where the display order of your accounts are reversed. This means, that if you having savings accounts next to your main account, you now have to click way more and scroll through an entire list before reaching your main account, instead of a single click. I reported this bug through the support channel, but received an unprofessional response (mentioning a solution for the website, not the app) in poorly puncuated writing.

The app only worked in my wi-fi. When connected to 5g in Spain, or roaming it didn't work. I left a negative review and then OpenBank replied here with a code. I contacted support with that code, and in the same week the issue was fixed. Great customer service. The app itself is better than the one from CaixaBank, similar to the ones I used in Brazil 10 years ago or so. But NZ KiwiBank is a lot better. And while it worked fine in 5g, in Brazil it always failed in my hotel due to wifi type.
