The app is good, and the account opening is very fast. There is also an easy integration with Dougs for the accounting. I was a bit disappointed with the first line of support, which is a bot that doesn't give much more answers than what you could find on your own on the support page. However, it eventually offers to be contacted by a live support agent. I recommend Qonto.

what happened to the Reference field in each completed Transaction???? I can't see any details anymore of a Transfer in the mobile app. Also the "Transfer again" feature?? that was honestly my most used feature (button). it let's me super quickly make the same/similar transfer without having to fill in all those annoying fields by starting from scratch. Team, please get it back. it distributed my entire paying-bills-process! otherwise, I love the app, it's super user friendly.

support is terrible, they do not know the context of the request and they keep you bouncing around to people that you have to start from scratch to explain every single thing notifications are useless as they arrive hours or days after things have happened I have the feeling that the owner of the company never used mobile banking in their life so much regrets on having subscribed to this cannot wait for the subscription to expire
