Ratings and reviews

The drivers are all very nice and the rides are affordable at $1 per ride. but that's the only really good things about it. The timing is incredibly inconsistent. You can schedule a ride a week or an hour in advance, and it may still come two hours late. There is a feature that allows you to see where your driver is, and I watch them go back and forth, getting further away from me while the app still says "arriving in 3 minutes!". Not drivers fault, just the way the app schedules people.

Okay, love the app and the rides and drivers, but the app CONSTANTLY logs me out! Until this is fixed I have to leave it at 1 star. I can't know when my ride will be here if it keeps kicking me off

Good heavens, this app is so finicky. I tried scheduling a ride last night for today, but it said there was too much traffic (which makes absolutely no sense). I'm now continually trying to schedule the ride to no avail as my appointment creeps closer and closer. It works when it works, but that's usually only 25% of the time.
