As a long time user the latest update is terrible. Too many ads, ads cover up to half the screen snd often won't go away, often forced submissions to see an article. Want to go back to older version . Ads cover the articles. Can't swipe right to close ad being viewed, when press the right button to return to articles often displays ads before returning. Back to Google news I guess.

Steadily gotten worse. It doesn't pick up where you left off. I can be in the middle of reading an article but can't finish it, then I try to save it but the + button won't work, & the article won't show in my history. Using the 'seach" function is a JOKE! Oh, & God forbid you accidentally tap back too many times, you'll end up at the beginning, with no way of getting back w/o speed flipping though all of the old articles. That's not a new issue, but a major one at.

I use this without a subscription; I have enough subscriptions. It works pretty good but has one GIANT flaw. I don't want to see sports news. None. Ever. I have blocked so many f'ing sports sites but there's always more. I don't want to see less sports, I want to see no sports. And the same should apply for any category of news but frankly, I'd be happy just to get rid of sports.
