1. Scan your document to be sent or import a PDF
Enter the recipient's address and confirm your order.

2. La Poste prints, sends, and delivers your Registered Letter
Then receive proof of posting by email and find proof of contents in your Customer Area.

3. For your recipient, nothing changes.
The registered letter is delivered to them personally by the mail carrier, against signature and identity verification.

What is the Mobile Registered Letter? It's an all-in-one, pre-stamped registered letter, without the need for handwritten letters, and directly connected to your smartphone to facilitate the sending of sensitive mail.

This saves you time by dropping off your registered letter directly at the post office without going to the counter.

Ratings and reviews

The option for activer un recommandé doesn't work when you type or when you scan the bar code. The error message tells you that you're supposed to reformat it to include the spaces but the text field only always 13 characters meaning you can't add the spaces or you can't type the full number. I can't seem to get the option for this on the website to work either. Very disappointing.

allows to name shipments for easier tracking. but app then not able to store/retrieve that label. this bug makes a good feature useles and annoying, and has not been fixed for months. please add feature to send a link about the shipment to other people

Not able to open it, even after the update. So useless, but it used to be a good app
