LOCATE THE POST CONTACT POINTS

Thanks to the location available on your smartphone, the application allows you to locate post offices around you in order to optimize your travel and manage your shipments quickly.

Easily organize your collections with the collection points closest to your home to receive your packages (Colissimo and Chronopost) and access their information (contact details, addresses, times, contacts, location).

Locate drop-off points so you can send your packages anywhere in France, even while traveling.

MODIFY A DELIVERY

Did you receive a calling notice in your absence? You can, from the La Poste application, request a new delivery to the same address, at a post office or at a collection point.

ACTIVATE YOUR MOBILE REGISTERED LETTERS

What is the Mobile Registered Letter? It is an “all-in-one” registered letter already stamped, without a handwritten bundle and directly connected to your smartphone to facilitate your sending of sensitive letters.

This way you gain speed by dropping off your registered letter directly at the post office without going to the counter.

Ratings and reviews

The option for activer un recommandé doesn't work when you type or when you scan the bar code. The error message tells you that you're supposed to reformat it to include the spaces but the text field only always 13 characters meaning you can't add the spaces or you can't type the full number. I can't seem to get the option for this on the website to work either. Very disappointing.

App repeatedly complains that my email address is unreachable and I should provide a new one. But it's not unreachable. What happens is that (1) the app decides to revalidate the email address, (2) fails to send the email to confirm, and (3) concludes from this that the adress is invalid. I've been through this rigmarole several times. If I give the app a new address, then the website wants me to log in with that new address, and (1) decides to validate, (2) fails to send, ... etc.

This application has not option of translation to English. If the company believes that I am going to learn French enabling me to track my parcel they are completely wrong. If you intend your receiver gets the best service it's better to go to other post companies.
