The service is great but a big problem I have is that the app uses a lot of data. I got a notification on my phone saying I was really low on space. When I looked at my storage I was surprised that the GBM Transit app used FOUR GIGABYTES of data! Otherwise the app is great and the microtransit service is very efficient but an update needs to be done to the app doesn't gouge so much data.

The drivers make sure your late, it's a bargain for the price but the drivers aren't reliable. I've got so many screen shots and have had so many incidents I've come to the conclusion the drivers aren't happy we get the service so cheap that they purposefully strive to make you late for your job and appointments. It took me a long time to make this review but after another incident tonight I'm letting the rest of you know it is very unreliable it'll probably get worse for leaving this review.

This app needs to be revised. Why did they make it a zone thing? I should be able to put in location to destination, and it just tells me what bus/buses I need to take. The way this app is set up makes it hard for a newbie. I could help them because obviously the person who did the app doesn't ride or never rode the bus.
