Ratings and reviews

Trash. Had a problem with my first order, reported it immediately, and 2 days later it's still not remedied and I haven't heard back at all. I just deleted the app with everything in its "wallet" as I have no intention or need to deal with this amateurism when there's no shortage of reliable responsive delivery apps. Strangely, there's no option to delete the account, at least none that I could find readily in the app. This is shady and makes me suspicious of their data retention and privacy.

I always try to support local brands, but it seems like they don't want me to. It's been 40 minutes, and I still haven't gotten my pizza. All the other platforms are good about delivery times.

Cari is a decent app for delivery when everything goes smoothly. However, the moment an issue arises, the customer service response is almost always, “It’s not our fault, it’s the driver or the shop.” This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. I eventually deleted the app due to the consistently poor customer service experience.
