Ratings and reviews

I've had more issues with this app and the drivers than I have with any other company. They are either always late, going to wrong addresses, or calling me at the last minute to cancel my orders. They never have a problem taking my money before anyone approves the order. They have a lot of work. Not worth the download

Trash. Had a problem with my first order, reported it immediately, and 2 days later it's still not remedied and I haven't heard back at all. I just deleted the app with everything in its "wallet" as I have no intention or need to deal with this amateurism when there's no shortage of reliable responsive delivery apps. Strangely, there's no option to delete the account, at least none that I could find readily in the app. This is shady and makes me suspicious of their data retention and privacy.

All there cashbacks are scams, for example they will give a 3 day cash back and then you can no longer use or they will give a 10KD Cashback but it 2x5 where you can only use 2kd per order
