Trash. Had a problem with my first order, reported it immediately, and 2 days later it's still not remedied and I haven't heard back at all. I just deleted the app with everything in its "wallet" as I have no intention or need to deal with this amateurism when there's no shortage of reliable responsive delivery apps. Strangely, there's no option to delete the account, at least none that I could find readily in the app. This is shady and makes me suspicious of their data retention and privacy.

3 stars. Improvements can be made to the app, particularly in enabling filtering based on multiple choices, which is currently lacking. Competitor analysis could provide insights for enhancement. Additionally, optimizing the loading speed of images and menus would enhance user experience, aligning it with industry standards. It's worth noting that the app does offer some appealing deals. For this I am giving 1 🌟star extra.

Actually if there's less than a star I would give it to them, this app is a one of the best example of FAILURE, I ordered 4 orders within a week 2 of them delivered after more than 2 hrs (with some broken and missing items in one order), and the 3rd order got cancelled because they can't reach the outlet (CARI HYPERCART) !!!! , and the 4th one took them an hour and half to mark it delivered!, and another hour and half to finally cancel it as again THEY CAN'T REACH THE OUTLET !!!! BIG FAILURE...
