I love love Feng Cha!! However; the app sucks. It's difficult to find drinks you like and there are not a lot of customization options. There have been times that I wanted a specific drink but when selected, it already had a set kind of Boba assigned to it and there was no option, in the app, to modify it. On a lot of drinks, it doesn't have an option to change the sweetness level although it is available in store. Lastly, the rewards system is stingy. All my other Boba apps have generous reward

Terrible app experience! I signed up in store using my phone, then I got the app and when I go sign up in the app, and use the same phone number I used in the store, it tells me that the number is already in use (duh! yes it is used by me), but does not offer a way to link the account. Get a developer that knows what they are doing and test your app!!! Amateur hour or cheap corporate.

Easy to use once you get the hang of it and as long as it's not within an hour of closing, at which point it only lets you order ahead for the next day. The sliders and buttons for add-ins take getting used to. There are no defaults, even after you tap the item at its "small" price (still have to tap "small," tap "regular" sweet level, scroll past all add-in options, etc.). But it works well. Would be nice to be able to tip *after* receiving the order, but all in all, an effective app.
