kind of a useless app--unless you are applying for the programs. Once you have a program, it is almost impossible to change any details such as your address and added phone numbers. I wish CBP and DHS would combine all of their apps into one app.

Using every day to schedule my appointment.. It decided to not let me in without backup codes which don't work.. No way to search for a better time... Useless POS!!!!!!!!

The app is not very user friendly. difficulty navigating and often missed pertinent error messages. had to process multiple times in order for payment to take.
