Introducing myCOMPASS PA, for Pennsylvanians who have applied for or get health and human service programs or benefits. It offers many of the same features found on COMPASS, but right from your phone. You can now access your benefits from anywhere, whenever you want.

The best part? You can take care of business while you’re on-the-go. Tasks that used to involve a trip to the county assistance office can be accomplished with only a few minutes on the app. Whether you want to know the status of your application or send us a photo of required documents, you’re always just a few taps away.

The app must be down. The app says to update and it is not possible. I tried calling the help desk number, it rings a few times and just hangs up or goes to a busy signal. I called my local welfare office and they gave me another phone number but all advocates are busy. I was on hold for an hour and no response. I hope you get this issue figured out. Thank you. I've had this app for a really long time, so believe me when I say it's only gotten WORSE after each update! I used to be able to login and have issues uploading documents, but now I not only can't even log in because it says that I have no connection and to try again later, but when I'm able to get to the login page on the website it redirects me to it says my username and password aren't correct. I've had the same username and password for YEARS for it! It hasn't changed!! Overall just useless

The app was down for repair and now I can't access it. It needs to be updated. Everytime I push the button to update it. It sends me to the playstore but doesn't update. 6/27 After getting the reply through this app. I called the number provided and it rings one time then goes into the busy signal. The app. has been down now for over 10 day's. I got an email that a decision was made involving me benefits and can't get in touch with anyone on the app. or by calling welfare services in my area.
