Introducing myCOMPASS PA, for Pennsylvanians who have applied for or get health and human service programs or benefits. It offers many of the same features found on COMPASS, but right from your phone. You can now access your benefits from anywhere, whenever you want.

The best part? You can take care of business while you’re on-the-go. Tasks that used to involve a trip to the county assistance office can be accomplished with only a few minutes on the app. Whether you want to know the status of your application or send us a photo of required documents, you’re always just a few taps away.

Update 2/10/26: Cant even log in now. I know my username. Even after "successful" pw change, im locked out after 1 attempt. Update 7/3/24: I've changed it from 3 stars to 1. This app is useless. It might even be worse after the update. I can sign in and maybe upload documents but I cant read any messages. Probably just going to uninstall cause it's wasting space on my phone. 12/8/18: Things don't work properly. Nothing saves right. Can't view all documents. Frustrating.

Wow, color me surprised that yet another renewal has been ruined by this terrible app. No notifications sent. Only discovered then when logging in bc I'm used to the system being awful. Still can only upload screenshots and not actual document files. The uploads say completed then are requested again because the app never sent them. Don't worry though, it's only our lives that depend on it. No big deal.

I've had this app for a really long time, so believe me when I say it's only gotten WORSE after each update! I used to be able to login and have issues uploading documents, but now I not only can't even log in because it says that I have no connection and to try again later, but when I'm able to get to the login page on the website it redirects me to it says my username and password aren't correct. I've had the same username and password for YEARS for it! It hasn't changed!! Overall just useless
