The price, when viewing the basket before completing the payment, is much different from what is charged. During my last order on 31/1, my basket showed 26,60€ and my card was charged 34,90€. I sent an email to support requesting an explanation, but until now, I have not received any explanation. I would expect a more professional attitude by Cosmote.

Gave it a try again after years. Its 2024 now and there isn't a filter for sorting restaurants by distance. Is this the best you can do for a food service app? Probably they gave up on this app.

Inresposable service. Live tracking of your order is a joke. When they are busy the countdown timer is stuck at the last minute and it stays there for hours. When the order is cancelled it takes days to get your money back. I already have sent an email regarding my experience. Case# 111223
