I have no problems with the service itself, the app does its job. I use it for paying groceries as well as MTR travel. I am giving it 4 stars as the app is constantly running in the background draining my battery. I have to forcefully restrict battery usage with the tradeoff of not receiving notifications instantly. My phone is a Galaxy S22 Ultra with all the latest Android and Google Play Services updates installed. Also note that ANT bank also suffers the same problem.

This app is not compatible with Xperia 1 V while the play store is showing "compatible". The app can only be opened when the app is freshly installed or updated. After closing the app, it is stuck at the loading screen whenever I tries to reopen it. I called customer service about a month ago and I was told no one reported similar problem, but several reviews are also pointing out the same issue. If this problem persists, I'll stop using the app.

Actually, I don't have bad experience in Alipay, it's easy, convenient, reasonable but there's no more free charge once a month, why?
