Why can't you just apply rewards automatically? Why make it such a painful and tedious process? Half of the time I try to scan the rewatd coupons at 7-eleven they don't work and it's impossible to know whether they've been used or not. other apps can do it so why can't you? Mainland Alipay is so much better and more useful

I give 1 star. Remittance alipay to gcash always delayed 3-5 days. We are using alipay to gcash its not because its free of charge but because it is more convenient for us ofw to send money anytime, even in the middle of the night. And also our family in Phil can receive the money anytime. Why not charge your users for every transaction and use the fee to improve your system so that there will be no delays. We also have some bills need to pay on time. And your system always delayed. Fix it ASAP!

I have changed my mobile recently while I have forgotten the password so as to fill in the "payment verification code" for login as required. It might be very safe of the design; too safe even very uneasy for the owner to reuse the Apps. Sigh!
