This app no longer works AT ALL. I can't schedule appointments, I can't send messages to any of my physicians, I can't even view old messages that I previously sent using the app. Since the app updated absolutely none of the confirm buttons can be clicked. My pcp doesn't even show up as being available to message anymore, and I can't even view my blood test results. I have deleted the application data from my phone, along with the app, and then reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

Hi, please make sure you are using the Patient Portal app with a white background. If not visible, follow these steps: Remove the old app (green background) from your phone. Go to Google Play Store, search 'InteliChart'. Download the new app and log in with your existing credentials. We hope this helps clear things up, thank you.

This is the worst app ever!! Every time I try to log in, it closes!!!! I've cleared cache, deleted the old app, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and it STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!!! ≈========== If you had actually read my post, you would know that i stated i have already done all of those things and they did not work. Instead of telling everyone to do those things that do not work, why not fix it????? Hence... the 3.6 rating.

Has always worked great until recently. App allows me to open it up, allows me to type in my login info, then once I click login, app shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and does the same thing.

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend clearing your app cache and then deleting the app. After that, please try redownloading it from the store, which may help resolve the issue.
