Ratings and reviews

The accountability from the app's customer support and the drivers (not all but it only takes one) are abysmal. Be careful if you're using this app. I left my earbuds in a cab. the cab driver didn't pick up my calls and was picking up calls from other numbers. The app customer support couldn't reach him, and I lost the earbuds. This makes me wonder if there is anything they'll do in an emergency. I'll move away from this app.

There's no problem with the app. The reason I've given Namma 1* is because of the Tip feature. What started as a way to appreciate drivers for their service, has become a tool of extortion. It has become next to impossible to book an auto wituout adding ₹30 (max amount available) tip. Namma should introduce the feature of adding tip after ride has ended.

Used to be a great app but has dropped its standards terribly. 1. Their servers seem to be malfunctioning so the drivers land up at the wrong place and claim to have arrived so that they can collect waiting charges. I have had to pay twice even though I did not keep the driver waiting. 2. I have had three experiences of the driver calling to ask for the location as soon as they have accepted the booking. I am deleting this app if this isn't rectified soon.
