Very bad experience. Ordered for the first time. App showed order delivered without delivering the items. The helpline numbers are really helpless since no one picked up. The delivery person also didn't pickup the call. Money lost. Don't go with these unprofessional guys.

I am sharing my true review the past two days I was ordered two times from the app but they didn't deliver firstly they are delaying after they cancel your order and if you want to try to connect no one responded over the call and funny part is you not able to cancel your order on app or via support help . in true words the pathetic service I had seen.

Not a user friendly UI, I didn't receive my order, the status showed delivered, The delivery boy didn't pick up my calls. Help and support is a joke, they need help and support with their system. To resolve my issue they stick with some eatsure mail, rather than a actual contact number. Don't use this app.
