Ratings and reviews

Arriving in 2 minutes for the last 30 minutes. Why lie to the customer? Allegedly the order is picked up but the guy is still at the restaurant 15 minutes later and at the other end of the city on the map while he has allegedly reached the restaurant for pickup. Its true sometimes things get delayed for various reasons and we are okay with that, as an IT person, I'm amused that some people use code to lie to people.. Oh! And while you're waiting, pickup some new online gambling habits.. Thanks.

Used to be good, now it's bad. Swiggy used to be a great service, fast deliveries, good support. But there has been a significant drop in quality. Takes 10-15 mins for assigning delivery partner. They now club orders so it'll take at least 40 mins for you to get your order. Additional fees, slower delivery and a subscription that doesn't even make a difference. What's the use if I pay for a subscription and still have to pay extra + wait extra for my order? What happened to you swiggy

Worst delivery app I mistakenly choose the wrong location which is far from me like 6 7 km and I request delivery boy as well as customer care but they didn't help me and also they cancelled my order without returning a single payment. I request both delivery boy as well the customer care services to take extra charges but they didn't help me worst app ever. I am not gonna use this app anymore.
