Unfair and unethical cancellation policy! I ordered pre-packaged sweets, and the app showed a delayed preparation time of over 40 minutes. Since it was too late, I canceled it. Swiggy charged me a 100% cancellation fee for ready-made items that could easily be resold. When I asked them to either deliver the food or refund my money, they refused both. Terrible customer service. I am escalating this to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

i added 2 items to my cart and went to the payment page. when the payment got initiated I saw that the amount is being charged for just 1 item and it went through. That's when I realised the restaurant branch automatically changed and it probably removed the item that was not available in the store by itself. This lead to additional delivery charges and when I tried to cancel, that didn't happen and there was no response from support for 15 minutes. ended up paying extra for a glitch on the app.

Worst app ever. Whenever I order from Instamart, the prices are always higher compared to other apps. I’ve literally compared the prices, and the difference is noticeable.On top of that, there was an instance where they didn’t even deliver one of the items I ordered. I complained about it, but I still didn’t receive my refund. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.Instamart is honestly a waste of money. Very poor service and even worse customer support. I would not recommend this app.
