Ratings and reviews

This app does a lot and makes it very easy to keep track of data, invoices, clients etc. However, the app will not alert me or send a notification when a customer has texted /messaged the business number I obtained through autopilot. All of my notifications are turned on both in-app and through my phone settings. It has cost me a few customers since I find their messages when I open the app 3-6 hours later. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S23+

This app/program is the best. Getting help you need is fast. The app itself is great. They keep adding more and more functions. Would never use any other FSM/CRM program.

I've been using the app for a few months now. I like that I'm able to create a cstomer data base and text my customer from just one app. This system is AMAZING.
