Ratings and reviews

The representative I spoke to was condescending and unprofessional over the phone. There is only a 10 to 15 percent approval rate when you apply and they will not tell you the amount of the down payment needed to get approved until after you are declined. They also give you false hope while you are still talking to them over the phone. You will only find out once the store informs you your application was not approved. If you don't want to waste your time, don't try them.

It says I wasn't approved and to try again next month. Was also prompted to click a link to get more information, but you're only greeted with an AI helpful FAQs, which states you guys don't specifically provide the reasons. I think you are being misleading when it comes to that information. Anyway, I wouldn't bother trying again cause the first time I opened the App, I was so confused why you're asking for something I had bought off expensively. What's that got to do with applying for a loan?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! Very misleading. you get approved on the app and then get rejected in the store. whats the point? and you will reply that pre- approval just gives you a higher chance. other apps will let you know directly if you're approved or not. so you dont need to waste your time going to a store and find out in the end that you will get rejected. If there was an option for zero or negative stars, i would give this app that.
