Ratings and reviews

Somewhat useless, not worth the money or frustration! Constantly doesn't show the correct location, when the car is started, when it's parked, the route driven, nothing! When it does show these things, it is hours and hours delayed! T Mobile tech support is not helpful. They have you do the same things over and over... Unplug unit, reset unit, uninstall and reinstall the app, over and over to no avail. Save your money and your sanity and avoid sync up device and app at all cost!!

I like the features, the app is simple and easy to use, and my family likes having wifi in the car. One big problem is the frequent alerts of a "possible disturbance" every time I open and close my doors. I would like it if there was a way to reduce false alerts such as a time window to receive these notices (such as overnight only, etc). Also the device itself is bulky and in my car poorly located: it sticks out and is right next to the foot e-brake.

This is a great app and device. The initial installation was very simple. It got complicated when I had to unpair it and repair it. The only complaint I have and it is a big one for me is the alerts for when the car is disturbed. Like someone bumping it, breaking a window, moving the car, etc. The audible alert only goes off once. I would like an option for it to continue to go off until acknowledged. The second problem with the alert is that there is now visual indicator on my home screen.
