This is an amazing app. I moved to it from the strong app because I wanted to be able to save more than 2 workouts for free when I was just getting started in the gym. Ryse has an extensive library of exercises, and if you still can't find yours in there, you can add your own. The exercise tracking in the app is excellent, as is the ability to save multiple routines. This app has a great community behind it. The devs are active on the app and care about their users.

Thank you for your review! I’m glad the ability to add unlimited custom exercises & custom routines for FREE helped you out! 🙌 We appreciate you for being a part of the RYSE community ☺️

Personally, the #1 best mobile health care and tool I’ve used to this date. Developed and created from the ground up by former Olympic competitors (Bryan and Jessica), this user-friendly app allows for people of all ages and body status to track a variety of health information. Users can track what they eat, their workouts, and so much more. It's the new best thing for gym rats like myself. Try it out and I'm sure you're fall in love with both the app and it's community.

It has everything you need to track your lifts but the reason I use Ryse is more about the social aspect: find people who inspire you and try to match their numbers or their consistency. Sometimes I'll want to rot in bed, but then I'll open the app and see everyone running 5mi and smiling after a PR and it gets me moving because I don't want to be the one person falling behind while everyone else is grinding. It can be good motivation.
