DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY! The website clearly says "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY " on many IF NOT ALL of the locations available to claim and review. Then when you click on "claim", it says "add photo of receipt" and it will not let you claim the deal without a photo of a receipt showing you purchased something. Its basically complete false advertising. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I've really been enjoying Loca so far. it makes it easy to discover local shops and restaurants, then earn real cash just by uploading receipts. I also had interactions with their customer service over minor issue. they have been helpful and responsive.

This is another great concept for app. only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc it's not nationwide and so basically not applicable except for two days a year i would be in city on app and that's not worth space so uninstalled for applicable until more cities/States added.
