About this app

Protein Pal allows you track your protein intake throughout the day to help you achieve your goals. You set a default target amount of protein and then add protein as you go. You can also set the target for a specific day. You can step back through the history of your protein intake and encourage habits over time.

There is a statistics section that will show you over the selected period:
- average daily protein intake
- a graph showing protein amount vs the target for each day or month
- the most consumed protein

The pro version of the app offers the following:
- Search the food database for protein amounts
- Scan barcodes
- Save unlimited foods and meals
- View complete tracking history & stats
- Optional calories tracking

Testing out and looks very good so far. This is what would have created myself. Trial should be longer than 1 week. My take is monthly fee too high. Annual fee not too bad, but could be lower. May change mind with longer trial time. Basic a bit cumbersome and looks like much better user experience with paid plan.

Free Version has everything I need, but it's way too easy to delete entries when you're just trying to scroll. I wouldn't mind if it only happened once, but I'm doing it at least once a day. With swipe to delete sensitivity reduced its 5*
