up until now I've been very happy with Avis/Budget, but this last time I was hit with over $100 rental a day. I had not realized this until I returned the vehicle. I understood the deposit and everything else. I'm a preferred customer and have sent many others to this same store to rent. I don't know if I want to continue to rent from them.

Worst rental company ever. I rented a car in Munich Airport from 4-15 of August and at the pickup time, I've noticed there are multiple scratches and dents. So I took a pictures and video with my mobile as an evidence. they day of the return, I got charged for over €2000.00 for damages I didn't attempt. I've contacted Avery multiple times but they didn't accept my pictures pretending its not clear. thats unfair and not acceptable.

Avis Milano Centrale Italy, the worst company ever,the refuse to give the car because I don't have international license, and they took the whole money no refund, 235€ they took cause I didn't not full fill the requirements, however in there low they should refund me...
