up until now I've been very happy with Avis/Budget, but this last time I was hit with over $100 rental a day. I had not realized this until I returned the vehicle. I understood the deposit and everything else. I'm a preferred customer and have sent many others to this same store to rent. I don't know if I want to continue to rent from them.

Worst rental company ever. I rented a car in Munich Airport from 4-15 of August and at the pickup time, I've noticed there are multiple scratches and dents. So I took a pictures and video with my mobile as an evidence. they day of the return, I got charged for over €2000.00 for damages I didn't attempt. I've contacted Avery multiple times but they didn't accept my pictures pretending its not clear. thats unfair and not acceptable.
