I have been using the app for a while, and generally pretty easy to pay and transfer funds. Unfortunately I had an error with the app and the money didn't go through with an alert saying 'something went wrong'. I checked my account and it had debited my account but didn't go to my nominated account. Then there isn't any records on beme it either. Chasing customer service for the missing funds proves to be slow. Not even a phone number or live chat!

A good app but after a recent update, when a payment request comes in, a message at the bottom says something like "this request has already been paid". It goes away after a few seconds. Edit Sept 2022: no longer owned by the banks. Random spammers can add you to a group and demand money. Worse, you can't leave the group because you haven't settled your debt! It is unacceptable that I can be added to a group without my permission. Account deleted, app uninstalled.

Other than the non descript error messages like "Internal Server Error" and certain cards randomly failing to work with the platform. When it does work, it's fantastic. Just frustrating when you have to fall back to other methods of transfering to friends, and having to explain to them all that your BeemIt isn't working is a bit of a pain. Mine has randomly started working again, and I have added another backup payment method to mitigate possible issues. We'll see how we go from here.
