To make or receive a payment through the Beem app, a valid Visa or Mastercard debit card attached to an Australian bank account is required. Any reference to ‘Beem’ or ‘Beem It’ are used interchangeably.

Ratings and reviews

Very glitchy app. I can't fulfil a request because it says "something went wrong" giving no explanation. I tried this with two cards, both have sufficient funds. I tried verifying my phone number, it sent the SMS but didn't wait for me to type the code. I tried adding a second card; instead of adding it, it just duplicated the first card. When verifying my passport it asks for a address field that doesn't exist on the passport. Edit responding to dev: I opened help ticket but never got a reply.

Normally great, but there's an issue with the latest version and my friends and I are no longer receiving notifications when we request money from each other. Have checked all our phone settings to ensure push notifications are all on and cycled on/off with no success. Please release an update to fix notification glitch.

Super convenient for group trips. BUT enter bill splits one at a time. if you are in the middle of caluclating and filling in a split. and someone sends off their own split. sends everyone to the homr screen and they lose their progress in calculating.
