to slow... always crashing. I always update my app but it still crashing... That is your trick to dnt let us to use coupons... GJ 1 star for the app 5 star for foods. Last year i was always in burger king because u have better coupons and this year your coupons scks... it is not worth it to spend for those coupons.. i cnt even order 12 nuggets for 4,50 euros. Last year i could order 12 nuggets for 4 euros.

1) You removed "add bacon" as an option from the App, sure, I can just go in, ask the cashier to add it instead but at that point what do I even have the app for? 2) 1-2 years ago I lost all my crowns, I was platinum level fidelity. i don't remember how many, nor am I here to ask for them back without proofs, just avoid doing it to people.

Kuberan Govender
I had to sign in again on the app.. and it seems I have lost all my my crowns that I have in the app. The email address is the same so it is not a new account... but with zero crowns this time ... any help pls.
