About this app

With the IO app, you can interact easily and securely with various Italian public administrations, both local and national. You can access all their services, receive communications, and manage payments, all in one app.

Specifically, with IO, you can:

- add your personal documents to the app's Wallet to have them digitally accessible on your device;
- receive relevant messages and communications from public bodies, including those with legal value;
- remember and manage your public administration deadlines;
- pay any pagoPA notice by scanning the QR code or from a message received in the app;
- download your pagoPA receipts, even if you didn't pay through the app.

To get started with IO, log in to the app with your SPID credentials or, alternatively, with your Electronic Identity Card (CIE) or the CieID app. After your first login, you can log in even faster by entering a PIN of your choice or using biometric recognition (fingerprint or face recognition), maintaining secure authentication.

IO is an app that evolves daily, also thanks to your feedback: if you notice something that doesn't work as expected or that you think could be improved, you can report it using dedicated features in the app.

this app is extremely frustrating. it's connection to the banking systems is very unstable, fails 9 time out of 10. it has issues with the digital verification systems of visa cards. the fees of its partners are quite high. why would one use it? just walk to the post office and save your liver

there is a bug. when i try to open the app after a while i get errors like: "Things seem to be going a little slowly at the moment." or: "It looks like you don't have an active internet connection" while I'm connected to the internet. when I clear the cache and data of the app and login again, it starts to work fine...

Very nice and simple... any payment concerning auto, you will get notifications immediately.
