today there was an "app error" resulting in my payment not going through. The app said payment confirmed, etc, and there was no issue with my card. later I found out that the driver was never paid. He had to go to my hotel and leave a note for me so I could pay him. After checking my bank records and finding out there was no transaction for the ride, I felt horrible! I "paid on the fly" through the app by entering the taxi code, and it was accepted. Very serious issue for both parties.

Terrible experience! The app doesn't work and the customer support don't speak English when they cancel on you. We ordered a taxi for the early morning but it started looking for a car 5 min before when it was due to arrive, then somebody from customer support called us to cancel which we only understood through the notification we received after as they didn't speak English. If we had to count on the app, we would never have caught our flight!

Great idea, lousy performance. Briliant idea to keep Über out before they reach your country. Unfortunately it doesn't always work. We spent 20 minutes speaking to an operator, ultimately ending with a taped message 'no vehicles available, please call back later'. Another time, with an early morning pickup, it worked great. I hope you continue developing the app, because it is potentially powerful.
