The 'Import from My Sony' function doesn't work and takes you to a webpage that states "page not found". Any update on when this issue will be fixed? *Edit* Given up hope for this app ever being fixed so uninstalling.

Garbage, all I want is to find if there is a firmware update for an old camera ive bought used off ebay, but I just keep going round in an endless loop not finding the info I want. It doesnt make me ever want to buy anothger sony product if this is how you treat your customers.

It's now May 6, 2026 I still am having issues signing in your all Sony sites. I am a Sony pro imaging support member but still can't figure out the plethora of Sony websites. I need help. I don't get how to use this app. Sony says before using any firmware update to login first. But using this app there is no way to login.
