Not worth your time, It do not know its installed on Sony phone so do not add that, it also do not allow you to use english if your not in a english location, if you pick english it so the old Japanese thing direct you to UK Website not int one, Sony looks to be a firm who no longer want to provide service or sell something, im guessing the PS money cover all cost this Support by Sony app show this more then anything exclent Idea done in way so do not work

I've downloaded the app, listed the two Sonys I have, but I haven't noticed it doing anything unless I go to the app to check whether there are any alerts waiting, which there are.

Complete waste of time using this. A constant circular navigation of manus and impossible to find contact details of tech support. Website is the same, but once I was able to finally remove the AI chatbot from the conversation, I at least found a way to get a case number. Until I ring the number provided and it is closed. Terrible customer service.
