Ratings and reviews

I used it once, and it sent the driver to the wrong location. There is no way to send text messages. There is also no way to complain about any issues like this. I was charged for a canceled ride because the driver didn't show. I will be contacting my credit card provider.

This service is Very Comfortable! Thanks for implementing such a great idea to have an alternative to regular taxis. Please increase coverage of the service. It would be nice to be able to use it at least in the whole Gyeonggi-do.

Won't let me register with the app. Keeps saying that my arc number is incorrect when it is not. Super disappointed.
