Dear WOW App Team ! We noticed a recent change where you're offering coins instead of data rewards. data is the main reason we use the app for online shopping. We rely on it to make purchases smoothly. There are other online shopping platforms that offer competitive prices, but the data rewards on Wow made it my go-to choice. If data rewards aren't coming back, I might have to explore other options to fulfill my online shopping needs and we are considering leaving dialog service too

I’m very disappointed with the Wow app. I paid for a package, and the money was deducted from my card — but the package was never activated. I waited, refreshed the app multiple times, and still got nothing. I even called Dialog to check, and they clearly said they have nothing to do with this issue — it’s entirely on the Wow app’s side. I also tried reaching out to Wow’s support, but there’s been no proper response or resolution. This is extremely frustrating and feels completely unprofessional

> At first, I thought this app was really good, mainly because of the free data offers. That's actually the reason I downloaded it. But now, it feels like the data benefits have been taken away or limited. If there's no plan to bring back those offers, then honestly, there's no point in keeping this app. Please consider restoring the old benefits to keep users interested and satisfied
