Ratings and reviews

The worst ever. My card got hacked & it's not my fault as 10,000 other card had this problem too. I've been contacting the support on email since a month ago and they didn't respond at all. In their Facebook page they say something new everytime they post. They said now your cards are working fine and sorry for the inconveniences, but then they posted again saying the cards are stopped and can't be used so you have to wait to get an email from them to get a new card!!!

Not a fan! Every transaction I've done still doesn't show up on my account, two of them on hold since the beginning of last week, didn't receive any explanation whatsoever, neither money bounced back where they came from.. if I didn't need it for other platforms I would happily deactivate my account. Now I'm just stuck with it and waiting for a miracle to happen. Really frustrating experience so far.

No support, KYC take ages to be updated, I am stuck with an account that's not working on hold and I need to pay the maintenance fees, how I don't know, and when reaching out, it feels like you talk to a bot. To be avoided as an online bank, there are way better that this.
