the app doesn't connect to all my sensors, and the new tail light is got for $99 it shows up in the app but doesn't connect to it. Also, I tried several times to contact them and had no luck 😡. The computer works great and the connection to the speed, cadence, and heart sensors is good, but once again this app is no good.

Requires account for no reason. I am just checking the working operation of my power meter. This doesn't require me to sign up for an account. Once inside the app, requires me to enter email address and provide my location to "register" my power meter. I tried to deny my location, wouldn't let me register my device. recap- set up account, enter email address get code agree to terms register device get into app, enter email address again get code again dent location agree to location

Certainly room for improvement. Seemingly useless welcome screen with a skip button. Registration should simply rely on an authentication service (ex.: Google OAUTH2). At least, the app should integrate with password managers and one time code should only be required once. The app should allow you to open a support ticket with the sensor pedigree filled. Calibration button should show how to position the crank arms. It should be possible to reset the meter from the app or at least show on how to
