bad since 2022. doesn't look the the app has improved for years. sadly h10 pushes guests to use the app for all their food options. just give guests paper menus for goodness sake we're not in the pandemic anymore. "STAY App" should be renamed to "STAY AWAY App"

Absolutely horrid app. My scheduled stay in Rome is in 2 weeks and the app is pretty much worthless. There's overwriting where information is superimposed over one another and is not easily navigable. Can't retrieve my booking. Changed languages unexpectedly. Needs to be fixed immediately. I'm deleting the app. It's useless.

As bad as their website. I gave up using their website as it was impossible to enter a location on the three browsers I tried. So I thought I'd try the app. I enter my search terms and it simply says "review fields" even though I'm using their drop-down selections. So although I joined the H10 club I can't find any way of booking directly with them. I'll either use a third party, or stay elsewhere. H10, you've lost a potential customer, but given the number of poor reviews here I'm guessing you.
