Ratings and reviews

Order Tracking is almost always offline at my nearest store/branch. Drivers get lost and our addresses are registered on any maps and house numbers reflect. Yet the order is late coz new drivers can't navigate. Regular drivers are really good. As for order updates...that's a nightmare as you can get more than a 1&1\2 hours of late order that you can't get updated on.

very convenient👍🏼, but sometimes my order does take time to arrive and when it does,it arrives cold and they don't deliver only your order they take multiple and you have to wait for the driver to go to other houses before they come to you😬

Debonairs app does not allow disabling of in app marketing messages despite the toggle being off. Support do not help you and suggest "blocking the app". Illegal and in direct violation of direct marketing regulations.
