WORST - Worthless App. Have tried to login the app because I need a token to be able to buy online. I have been attempting to log in since 10/2023, been to the bank for them to help me without success. Even bought a new phone hoping that it would work, but no luck. Frustrated of this stressful situation! Agents at bank says they can't do anything because it's the app that is not working. Sent like 10 request to app tech's to fix or help, no answer on any of them! Please fix bugs!

Worst bank app experience ever. Unable to pay from my checking account into my store credit and regular credit card I have with Coppell. App freezes and eventually logs me out. Unable to use any function I'm lucky if I'm able to see my balance. Hire better app development staff the technical support you have is obviously incompetent.

The fact that I need the app to do anything is frustrating. I want to make an online purchase and I can't even do that without using the app! It is very inconvenient. Especially when the app won't load. Edit: Just updated it, still doesn't work. I guess I'll use my moneh whenever the app let's me 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏾
