After changing to a new password, the system keeps asking me to create a “secure” password. I’ve tried multiple times and it still won’t accept it. What kind of password do you actually want??? Apps are supposed to make things easier, not more complicated. And yet when payments are late, you’re quick to charge interest.

Ask for update and reset password. For better and secure privacy but when reset password with so many time including all the number and emoji so on still cannot and keep error. Better fix your bug apps. Dont just only know to remind people about late payment.!!!

This new version are very poor and unsatisfied off all of us that using his apps to make a payments. I cannot update or reset my password. i also completely followed the step and the requirements, but still can't reset or to the nest step! what the heel?!! please feeking fix this apps appropriately!!
