After changing to a new password, the system keeps asking me to create a “secure” password. I’ve tried multiple times and it still won’t accept it. What kind of password do you actually want??? Apps are supposed to make things easier, not more complicated. And yet when payments are late, you’re quick to charge interest.

this app is stupid i set my payment to auto debit and it didnt do its job and then a whatsapp came through from chailease berjaya credit saying that they will charge me a late fee if i didnt pay in time like its MY fault. That is not the most absurd part, tried to pay early and it gave a warning saying that its on auto debit and if i pay manually theres a potential that a double transaction will happen,if i pay late i get a late fee and if i try to pay early theres a chance of double transaction

Auto debit is always not on time. Sometimes early, on time or late. Mostly after the due date even though the initial amount is ready a few days before the due date. After deducting successful, apps will update the payment status several days late. Please improve overall your system. thanks.
