Mytrip linked to passport feature is not working. No matter how perfect the picture is captured, in landscape or portrait, result still showing failed. Please fix it or perhaps include a manual key in option

This is the first time I'm trying to link my passport to create My Trip QR code but was unable to do so because it say that my passport is linked to another device (which is not true). I've search through my other devices and there's no My Sejatera apps installed.

29 April 2024: I have submitted a false positive result (submitted photographic proof too) without realising it and the app have immediately put me for home isolation order. 4 May 2024: The help desk team did reply to my query via email but I noticed it too late since I was unwell throughout the week. The current ticket time limit might be unsuitable for people who stay alone while happen to be unfit or unwell (positive or not). I will sent suggestions to the related contacts later.

MySejahtera has been updated to reflect the latest guideline on Living with Covid-19 where MySejahtera users are no longer required to self declare your covid-19 status through self-test and HSOs are no longer issued to patients with confirmed cases of Covid-19.
