Worst!. Keep asking to register for Digital ID. Keep popping up ID already used by others. After so many frustrated try and searching through all over the app, there is nothing that can guide me to register. The "smartest" it can reply is ID already used. SO, how? What can I do? At least lead me to something or somewhere that I can register.

The constant logging out and inconvenience has made this app very frustrating to use. Despite the purpose of making it easier for customers to manage things with Unifi, my experience has been consistently negative. I must mention the poor customer service, and even reaching out through the hotline is slow and unhelpful. I have been loyal to Unifi, but if the issues with this app cannot be resolved, I might have to consider stopping using Unifi altogether (easy fix is not really "easy" tbh)

You may try to reinstall the app. Usually, the app will log out only if the customer clears the cache from the phone settings or after app update. Thank you. - Zul

I hate signing into this app because of the email OTP, when I switch to my email application to copy the OTP and switch back, sometimes the tab may unload. And I need to wait 5 minutes for a new OTP. It would be great if you guys add a TOTP method (Time-Based One Time Passcode).
