There is no complain about their products but their staff behavior is very bad!😡 Also service very bad!⚠️ when you go to their office for meat no one talks properly one says to go there another says to go there means very harassing!😡 you will never understand unless you go to their office I have been to their office many times I've been and every time I've had a very bad experience I think they need to improve their staff and customer service

(Update) The widam customer service call me back and try to fix the issue after 48 hours and they let me decide if i want my money back or processing the lost order. (They sent the order within one day work)-Thanks for that it considred quick response Otherwise the rating to the app still same until next order test after payment page if they fix the bug or not from me or from other app users

One-Star Review: "Frustratingly Inefficient and Bug-Ridden" I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this app was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. Extremely slow delivery and inaccurate tracking. The app is plagued with bugs. The customer service was equally unhelpful, providing generic responses that didn't address the specific issues I faced. Overall, using this app was a frustrating ordeal. I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
