WHAT GARRIZON DOES
• Scheduling: Build and publish guard schedules, with assignment suggestions based on guard availability, certifications, and per-site coverage rules.
• GPS clock-in: Guards clock in and out with location-verified geofencing and a selfie check, so you know the right person is on post.
• Daily activity reports (DARs): Guards dictate their report by voice and Garrizon turns the recording into a written daily activity report.
• Incident reporting: Capture and submit incident reports from the field, with photos and notes.
• Field logs: Record photo-tagged logs with location and timestamp details throughout a shift.
• Payroll: Calculate guard hours, overtime, and meal/rest break compliance, with built-in rules for California and additional states where you operate.
• Client portal: Give your customers real-time visibility into site coverage and reports.
• Live guard tracking: See where guards are on a real-time map and verify patrol checkpoints.
