Ratings and reviews

It won't remember the device, so you'll have to receive a text message almost every time to log in. There's a bunch of problems where sometimes it just won't let you log in or clock in or out sometimes, usually just in. I don't think there's been a full week where this app had no issues. I've used this for 2 different jobs, and had the same problems. These problems have been happening for at least 3-4 years with no fix.... This happens to all my coworkers, even my managers.

The customer service has a lot to be desired. As a property manager, I would expect the interface to be easier to use and I certainly expected their customer service team to be more engaged in problems. Instead it's a constant back and forth of email this person, no call this person, no email this person, no now you have to call again. And the wheel keeps spinning.

I have had very few issues with this app, approaching two years of use. It takes a few seconds to load in all the modules, but compared to other apps that do similar functions (like certain banking apps) I think it is relatively fast and responsive. The most important aspect is the punch in/out button and it is loaded on the main page by default. Other pages are not hard to find and can be further configured to personal preference.
