This app is absolute garbage. The old "BankID on mobile" was orders of magnitude more user friendly and arguably more secure. Now we have to use passwords all the time, in addition to biometrics, TFA, etc. which means we have to change passwords to something quick and easy to type on a phone rather than something secure. A 10 character password utilizing both symbols, letters, mixed case characters will usually require 30 or more keypresses, which is obviously unacceptable.

The app is completely useless.Poor optimization, makes everything a lot more complicated,requires data instead of SMS(control much?)As many other reviews mentioned,not able to purchase anything via Google.Both your phone customer service and in bank (Karl Johan) are clueless and not even aware of the problem.Furthermore,they say it's a Google problem,not yours.I wonder how this started exactly when you terminated bankID on mobile which I have never had OR being asked to use prior to this change.

Can't activate the app. Always page not working or it's just loading forever. It is not the banks kodebrikke problem but the app. Because I can login at the website bankID.no
