The app keeps crashing on startup. Sometimes, not always. When it starts, it is great, but for an app such as this, crashing is simply unacceptable. I have been using it for a year now, or trying to. If I hadn't had BankID on mobile to fall back on, I would have been in deep trouble more than once. Edit: Still crashing the day before BankID on mobile is due to be retired.

Horrile experience, went fom bad to worse when I changed banks and the new bank just gave up trying to get me onboarded with the app. I'm not getting codes or prompts, app telling me to contact my bank, and the bank is telling me they are out of options. Currently at the when I'm told I need to tell my mobile provider to fix it, but the mobile provider (correctly) states that they haven nothing to do with and can't help me in any way.

Unfortunately this app is too resource-heavy. When a page in my phone's browser asks me to authenticate with BankID, and I switch to BankID app to authenticate, the browser is killed from memory. So after I touch "Yes" on the BankID app the browser has to reload the page and the authentication process fails. This happens roughly 75% of the time. It makes this app a bit worthless. Otherwise the design is simple and nice.
