Wheels2U is an on-demand shuttle service that picks you up at your location and takes you where you want to go within certain “Service Areas” in Norwalk and Westport.

How does Wheels2U work?

Wheels2U is a new concept in public transportation. The service takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Once you request a ride with the Wheels2U app, our computer algorithm matches you in real-time with a shuttle that will pick you up at your location and get you to your destination as quickly as possible. Typically, the trip time is comparable to other ride services.

How long will I wait?

You will always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up time before booking. You can also track your vehicle in real time in the app.

How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?

The number of passengers varies based on your trip and the requests of other riders at that time. Our shuttles are spacious and can easily accommodate up to 12 people.

What else do I need to know about using the service?

If you require the use of a wheelchair space, you can note this in the app under your rider profile.

Ratings and reviews

Can't beat this app for getting around Norwalk. It is a little limited on the location it will pick you up from and drop you off at. However, it's way better then walking and waiting on the bus. Plus it's only $2; uber or a cab cost way more. The app is easy to use and works great!!!

If no ones available soon just let me leave a request out until someone is instead of having to infinitely refresh. Also let me report weird behavior, for example a driver that straight up lied saying the app was down, my friend and I ordered at the same time and his driver was perfectly fine Driver that lied to me was jehu.

"Sorry, we couldn't find a ride." Tap to Retry. I have seen that message many hundreds of times and I'm beginning to question my sanity. Why tease a service like this and hardly offer any actual rides? It is like using a slot machine where you pull the lever and maybe something happens in one pull out of 100. The few times I have gotten a ride it's been a mixed bag. A couple of drivers have been great, friendly and helpful, most barely care and a couple have been awful and left me stranded.
