Ever since I've gotten this app, I've had a lot of issues. currently, I can't even log into the app without a pop-up saying that "there's an error and we're working hard to solve this." I can't do anything other than wait. I've been logged out, had my account locked, all in the span of a month, and it's really starting to bug me. However, when it's not annoying, the app is great and easy to navigate.

Whenever i try open the app, it'll ask if Google play is active. And if so reinstall the kiwibank app. Well i have a few times and it still has this random pop up. Also when transferring from one account to another suffix then making a payment from the same account it says no funds available even though the balance is clearly seen. Only way to resolve it is to close app down and log back in and try again.

Hi, problems with the latest app. poor product got past testing. 1. SMS to verify new payee, logs me out of the app (as it should) even at the end of the process, when security settings say 'logout with home button' 2. Statement details 'copy below' is obscured on Android (my version at least) 3. When making Internet transfer from savings to cheque account, then attempting payment from cheque account, get error message that balance is not sufficient. These are consistent errors.
