Was great until had a password fault then got it sorted and could login online but the app still rejected it.. Had to reset password again... Deleted app and back going again. But was annoying at that time.
For the first time ever I have been unable to get into my account and have had to go to the google playstore and open the app to gain access to my account what the heck is going on not impressed at all you have my contract number and I would like a reply!
Usually great but right now I have to go all the way to the playstore to open my kiwibank a little annoying when I'm in a rush. Please fix otherwise love using this app
You put out a new update, yet ignored everyone's request of removing the "Open new account" tab from balance screen...? Obviously its a revenue gainer, extra accounts, means extra bank fees... Are you going to remove it, or is it just how it is..?
This app was perfect but now it wont even open. Really dissappointed.
Latest update breaks shortcuts to the app. Everyone having problems: it's not uninstalled, remove existing links in your launcher etc & re-add them.

Put AIB Mobile on your phone, and your accounts in your hand
