Update in 2024. I think I've finally had enough of Spark altogether, all focussed mostly around this app and website. I can't load the app on my phone at all anymore. It has been weeks, the app just doesn't work on my modern phone anymore. I found a charge on my card from Spark for my mobile. Weird, considering I checked days earlier to ensure my auto top-up was off. This scam company has set two auto top-up options. One at the top of your account, and a 2ND right at the bottom easily missed.

These people will just suck money out of you. eg: structure is ridiculous to navigate. if you want to top up again. and a month hasnt passed for auto renew data packs, then you have to pay extra. the selected amount wont run as money into your data pack and your using up money instead of topping up your packs. auto top up function is ridiculous. Sign in ID cant pick up on my signed in account to buy data packs, and your stuck on putting and running on money (to do with data) instead.

They keep disconnecting my Spotify Premium subscription, waking me up at night to tell me!! 5 different people telling me different things, almost impossible to actually speak to someone! Customer service is pitiful now, they are too dependent on the app. Still ongoing, not happy!
