worst service nobody answers the call when we are trying to connect for some issues, recently they have closed my number saying I have left the country while I am using this sim for the past 2.5 years. Now they are not answering my calls all my ID and other things are linked with the number. I recommend not to take this sim anymore. Worst service.

very bad experience... takes too much time to load... sometimes does not load...kindly improve the speed and user experience.. credit card option was not working when tried to add. Also, please bring back the freedom internet plan. Additionally, please add lower value plans with longer validity. for example, 1 omr 500 mb plan with 4 weeks validity; 2 omr 2 gb plan with 2 months validity, etc.

Call and data packages are now valid for only 4 weeks. Unlimited and RO 2 monthly packages have been withdrawn in the last few months. Friendi used to be a good and cost-effective option for kid's phones earlier. Unfortunately not any more.
